At present,there are about 285 million visual impaired people around the world,with the number of blind people reaching 39 million.China is the most visually impaired country in the world and the largest country in the blind group.Aiming at the dilemma of traditional paper braille,which can not meet the needs of the blind reading in the information age,this paper designs an electromagnetic braille tactile cognitive device that can dynamically generate the Braille,which can help blind people to provide digital Braille resources,helps to solve the increasing demand of reading for the blind.It is an indispensable auxiliary tool for blind people to learn Braille.The main work of this paper includes the improvement design,optimization analysis,integration assembly and test evaluation of the electromagnetic braille tactile cognition device.The contents of the dissertation are as follows:Chapter 1: This paper reviews the course of research significance,research process,research status of the cognitive braille tactile device,illuminates the drive way in braille point display apparatus at home and abroad and their advantages and disadvantages,introduces the difficulty of the research,the research contents and research methods of this paper.Chapter 2: This paper improves the design and optimization of the magnetic braille tactile cognition device,including the improvement design of the core parts,the mold design of the stylus,the design of the shell structure,the design of the heat dissipation parts,etc.According to cognitive device and control panels,shell part design,configuration cooling fan and radiator of electromagnetic braille tactile mechanism,this paper products the prototypes of electromagnetic braille tactile cognitive devices.Chapter 3: Based on the L drive mode of cognitive device electromagnetic braille,it puts forward to design a helical self-locking linear drive type braille contact structure and a kind of permanent magnet self-locking linear drive type braille contact structure,describes the components and parts of driving device of single needle machine plays a role,at the same time,improve and optimize the part of the structure makes the assembly size is more accurate,construct three-dimensional entity model of single needle,verify the feasibility of the drive structure.Chapter 4: This paper evaluates and optimizes the improved electromagnetic braille tactile cognitive device,including appearance evaluation,contact force evaluation,temperature evaluation and so on.Experimental results show that the optimized electromagnetic device improves portability braille tactile cognition,the gear contact strength is greater than the optimization,and the response time is reduced,the temperature rise was also significantly slow.Finally,the test platform of braille device is set up to verify the reliability of the translation system and the device.Chapter 5: We summarized and evaluated the whole paper and expect the electromagnetic braille tactile cognitive device.
