The reliability analysis of phased-mission systems is difficult and hotspot in reliability research at present,the key of phased-mission systems reliability analysis is that can handle time-relate issues.It showed significant phased-mission characteristics both of normal operation and after the accident happened of the nuclear power plants,but the traditional reliability analysis methods can do nothing with the time-relate reliability issues.GO-FLOW methodology is a method that can model and analysis of the complex system which has operator sequence and phased missions,so the GO-FLOW methodology provides an effective way for the reliability analysis of the nuclear power plant.However,the exiting GO-FLOW software developed by the Japanese ships research institute can not meet the needs of practical application because it has limited the function of adding operator and the number of time points.After researching the principle of the GO-FLOW methodology and the needs of the practical applications,the dissertation designed the algorithm and developed the GO-FLOW builder platform.The developed builder platform has modular modeling capabilities and can meet the reliability analysis of the complex systems.The main works of the dissertation are summarized as follows.(1)Conduct of the requirement analysis according to the principle of the GO-FLOW methodology and the requirement of practical applications,the platform is divided into four function modular,which is graphic modeling,compute engine,data management and platform information management.Every function modular was carried out detailed requirement analysis.In order to simplify modeling,there also has a modular requirement analysis.(2)The GO-FLOW builder platform was developed and realized with C# 4.0program language based on the requirement analysis and conceptual design,which follows the design rules of the friendly human-machine interface,portability and extensibility.(3)The dissertation designed the operator calculation algorithm based in the principle and the calculation characteristics of the GO-FLOW;in order to deal with the shared signal effectively,designed the rename rule of operator and shared signal algorithm;the finally signal equation was derived based on the Boolean algebra;at last,designed the quantitative calculation algorithm of the whole GO-FLOW analysisprogram.(4)Modeling analysis of the safety injection system which has phased missions of the nuclear plant with developed GO-FLOW platform by using function block library,the developed GO-FLOW platform was compared with and validated by the original GO-FLOW software,which shows the improvements on quantitative analysis?The platform add the number of operator from the original 100 to 1000,the number of time points from the original 128 to 365,and has a modular modeling features that make GO-FLOW can be used for more complex phase of the task analysis of system reliability,which shows a good engineering application in the future.
