| Under the Design condition.and Accident condition of the nuclear power plant,the 1E class Emergency Diesel Generator set should be normally operating in nuclear power plant,the genset should be able to withstand the design basis earthquake and the safety shutdown earthquake,and in the design process,we should consider the corresponding inherent safety of the EDG,this paper mainly discusses how to make the seismic calculation of the Genset by means of the CAE program.At present,there are great differences of the items classification rules and standards among different countries.Each country has different Requirement for the equipment,this article state the seismic analysis methods in multiple views,and also state the the analysis process and scope.This paper takes PA6 Emergency Diesel Generator unit in the nuclear power plant as an example,by means of computer aided engineering software ANSYS,establish the finite element analysis model of the unit.Based on the analysis of the model,this paper finish the response spectrum analysis,seismic analysis,the maximum stress value 、deformation of the main parts,and check the anchor bolt structure performance. |
