Maritime transport is one of the most important freight modes of the world commercial trade,which will not change over the next several decades.In the process of ship motion,changing course and speed are the main reason of the ship collision avoidance.Modern research of ship collision avoidance,not only can let the ship safety,but also can let the ship through economic,quick.The sensor in modern ship has been able to measure motion parameters and environmental parameters in real-time and comprehensive,however,execute instructions of ship collision avoidance also need to pass mariner's judgment.Collision avoidance decision-making system can draw anti-collision executes instructions by sensor of information processing,reduce the labor intensity of the crew,and reduce misjudgment.This paper analyzes the process of ship collision avoidance,adopted the classical theory of the navigation collision avoidance expert,further study of the risk of ship collision avoidance and the method of intelligent aided decision.The main work are summarized as follows:(1)In order to solve the problem of the ship collision avoidance model hasn't main measure parameters,and can not quantitatively describe the collision avoidance system.This article introduces the repulsion field and the fuzzy theory,established a model of collision avoidance,using two-dimensional geometric analysis method to achieve a quantitative analysis of the risk of collision between the ships,verify the effectiveness of the method of collision avoidance model.(2)Derived formulas of the collision risk values.In region B and C,selecting distance between two ships as main parameters,angle as auxiliary parameter for the formula.In region D and E,selecting bow angle of two ships as main and restricted parameters,distance between two ships as auxiliary parameters for another formula.(3)Set up the model of ship intelligent decision support.With collision risk as the main argument,draw the steering angle;with the angle of Ship bow as an auxiliary parameter,draw steering direction,constructed formulas ship collision avoidance execution.Depending on the demand,through the analysis of the Collision avoidance collision risk in the process of execution;proposed three formulas of the resume time of ship collision avoidance.(4)Simulation of ship collision avoidance procedures.Using MATLAB to simulated the process of collision avoidance and resumption by two ships of intersecting the traveling,verify the effectiveness of ships collision risk applied to the assist collision avoidance decisions,and provided the basis for further research.Waters of this paper is ideal wide waters,the object of study are speed boat and slow boat;this is the best form of ships will encounter.In paper studies provided the theoretical basis for the multi-ships collision avoidance research.
