Tumor is a lethal disease which have high incidence,difficult to cure,and great harm to human body.The conventional treatments of tumors include manipulation,chemotherapy,immunization,etc,which have some limitations.Hyperthermia treatments make use of thermal effects of some heat sources,like radio-frequency electromagnetic waves,microwaves or ultrasound,to heat up tumor area and keep the effective temperature for some time.It makes instant metabolism of tumor tissue,which leading to molecular structure changes in tumor cells and lysosomal reactivity enhancements,to reach the purpose of killing tumor cells.In this paper,designed a kind of tumors therapeutic instrument bases on the principle of RF hyperthermia.It heats up tumor tissue by a certain frequency radio signal,and ultimately maintains the temperature at 43℃.Because in this temperature,cancer cells will ischemia,hypoxia,over acid and lysosome,so it can be damaged intensively.We discussed the background and significance of RF hyperthermia and analyzed the production home and abroad.And introduces the principle of RF hyperthermia and FBG temperature measurement.We put forward a new kind of tumor RF hyperthermia instrument basis on that.It can select RF electrode,focus electric field and combine with FBG temperature measurement technology.In our experiment,the RF hyperthermia instrument could produce a signal at 13.56 MHz frequency,use multiple-twin electrode focus the electric field.The biological tissue in electric field the temperature will raise.The fiber grating temperature measuring is a assist for RF hyperthermia,it can measure temperature in electric field and precision is 0.3℃.Combine with temperature field simulation,we can inference all the temperature of issue.Through analysis the experimental results and data processing,was verified in this paper,the design of tumor RF hyperthermia instrument can meet the design requirements,in the future it maybe application in the medical field. |
