Local hyperthermia is a new study hotspot. But the key is to detect and control the heatting temperature. Non-invasive temperature field measurement is still a key engineering roadblock. This paper contrapose and study on the key points of non-invasive temperature field measurement in AC magnetic field hyperthermia. Detail research is as below.1. Having much research on non-invasive temperature field measurement technique, such as ultrasonics, infrared, MRI and so on, author have summarized and analyzed the characteristics of these techniques.2. Considering practicality and precision, author choose uncooled focus plane array (UFPA) detector, and study its working theory and errors. Two-point adjusting method is to adjust non- unanimous of UFPA. Histogram equilibrium based on piecewise transformation and fake coloring are to enhance the infrared image.3. Infrared camera based on UFPA, video capture card and PC are setuped to be a infrared image temperature measurement system, which can be used to measure surface temperature of humen body.4. Studying FEM applied in humen body temperature reconstructing based on Pennes function. Parameter and variable of Pennes function are explained in AC magnetic field hyperthermia, which can be analysed in FEM.Applying infrared image temperature measurement technique and Ansys finity element analyse in hunmen body temperature measurement to carry out a project of non-invasive temperature field measurement. This method has very significant research meaning. It is a breakthrough that invasive temperature measurement could only detect point temperature. Further more, it's not necessary to insert a temperature detector into body by surgery. It's fit for unsuited surgery therapy specially when with massive haemorrhage. Research shows that this method has extensive application foreground to be generalized in other hyperthermia and non-invasive temperature field measurement.
