| With the rapid development of the household electric rice Cooker Industry,the production of the rice cooker products has increased rapidly.As the core components of rice cookers,the production efficiency of the IH power control board is bound to improve simultaneously,which will directly affect the power regulation of the reliability and consistency.At the same time,to enhance the production process of the IH power board produced in the electronic factory,solve the current manual adjustment of low efficiency,low consistency and reliability is not too high.The thesis describes in detail the design of power detection and verification hardware system,which includes the switching power module,power detection module and power calibration module.First,the power detection module detect the current and voltage of the live line and the neutral line with the AD7953 chip,accurate calculation the active power,and then pass to the power calibration circuit board with the MX3232 chip.Second,the thesis introduces the switching power supply module.Third,the power calibration module detects the working status of the rice cooker with the ABOV96F6432 chip,such as the input voltage,fan drive voltage,bottom heating power and side heating power,and stores the sampled data through the peripheral circuit.The thesis designs the software system of the power detection and calibration.The power detection module mainly samples and compensates the actual power,and then transmits the data to the power verification module through the RS232 potocol.After receiving the data sent by the power detection module,the power verification module uses the PID power adjustment technology to calculate the actual power in real time.Continue to adjust,until the difference of the actual power and the calibrated target power is not so far.The target power value is stored in RAM,after initializing the ROM,the data of the RAM is transmitted to the corresponding address of the ROM,the ROM verifies the received data,and the data is stored in the ROM after the verification.After the power turns on again,the system read the target power value of the PID program from the ROM,which can ensure the power output of the power board stable,reliable and small deviation.The power detection and calibration system of the IH electronic power board is applied into the production.the production efficiency and reliability of the power board are improved,while the process problems of the poor power control board are effectively improved. |
