Base isolation technology is a kind of technology that is widely used in the research of earthquake resistance and disaster reduction nowadays.With the improvement of the system of base isolation technology at home and abroad,the base isolation technology system has been widely developed and popularized in the actual projects in recent years.Compared with the traditional system of seismic structure system has a unparalleled advantage compared with the base isolation structure system,therefore,this article will be a series of limited studies comparing the traditional seismic technology and base isolation technology system.This paper selects a five-story irregular facade structure as the engineering background,the project case from a school building in Wenzhou,an example.In this paper,the finite element software SAP2000 is used to establish the traditional earthquake-resistant structural model and the base-isolated structural model for simulation analysis.Then PKPM is used to establish the above two models to calculate and check the previous results.In this paper,firstly,the current situation,achievements and applications of a series of researches on the base isolation technology system are summarized.Then,the classification and composition of the base isolation device are introduced.The main points of the paper are introduced.Mechanical properties and the basis of the theoretical foundation of this type of bearing isolation and damping;then from the theoretical system level analysis of the basic isolation system working principle and the establishment of the corresponding mechanical calculation model,and then in the finite element analysis software SAP2000 and structure In the design software PKPM,the finite element calculation model of the traditional earthquake-resistant structure and the finite element calculation model of the base-isolated structure are respectively established,and the numerical simulation is carried out separately.Then the above several structural models are simulated and established respectively in the finite element software,The dynamic time-history analysis of these models under the action of several kinds of seismic waves in the event of earthquakes are respectively carried out.The mechanics of inter-layer acceleration,inter-story displacement and inter-story shear are obtained Index,calculate the damping rate of the base isolation structure system model,through the analysis of the base isolation structure The damping effect rate,calculated by comparison with the study results of the performance difference between the conventional structure of the seismic base isolation system and earthquake system structure.Finally,the economic performance of the traditional earthquake-resistant structure and the basic-isolation structure is also compared,which shows that the basic-isolation structure has obvious economy and good safety performance compared with the traditional anti-seismic structure.Through the study of this paper,it shows that the advantages of the base isolation structure system are unparalleled compared with the traditional seismic frame structure system.Whether it is from the seismic safety performance of the structural system or the economic analysis of the two structures,the basic seismic isolation system has more advantages than the traditional seismic structural system.Compared with the traditional earthquake-resistant structural system,the seismic performance of the base-isolated structural system is better,which can provide more protection for the structural safety performance.Economically,the cost of the basic structural isolation system is basically maintained or will be reduced,Moreover,the cost of repairing the structure required by the base-isolated structure system after the occurrence of a large earthquake is much less.In short,compared with the traditional earthquake-resistant structural system,the basic structural isolation system has the advantages of structural safety and cost-effectiveness.
