Research On The Planning And Construction Strategy Of West Lake New Area In Tongling

In recent years,as China's urbanization process continues to accelerate,the city has been rapid development.The rapid expansion of the city space,the activities of city new district development and construction of New District of old city functions ease,optimization,promote city environment plays an important role at the same time,the district also has some problems in the process of construction,and facing the new situation and new requirements,so the study of city development the construction has the important practical significance for the construction of the city.This paper uses literature search,case analysis and field survey,classification and combing city types,analysis of their characteristics,the theory and practice of urban district review,get some enlightenment about the planning and construction of new district.Through case analysis,comparison of different area in the city positioning objectives,development types,spatial expansion form and the experience gained from the enlightenment,further analysis of existing national policies on city new area and new development in the building,thus it proposes the relevant suggestions on planning and construction of new district.Taking the planning and construction of West Lake New District in Tongling as an example,the advantages and disadvantages of the planning and construction are analyzed in terms of its function,position,layout of the land,environmental landscape,height and intensity of development,construction sequence and development model.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of Tongling West Lake district itself,extracted from West Lake district planning and construction of nine optimization strategy: to establish the dynamic updating mechanism,planning reasonable function,reasonably determine the new district land layout,focus on new features planning,optimization of new space structure,strengthen infrastructure and landscape construction,reasonable to determine the development of construction sequence,control and guide the development of New District building scale,new development mode suggestions,promote new development system exploration.Based on the analysis and Discussion on the problems existing in the construction of West Lake New District Planning in Tongling City,the new location,function orientation,system construction and development model put forward to promote the sustained and healthy development of the new strategy for planning andconstruction in the new situation,in order to our country city planning and construction of the new district to play a guiding role.
