Since 13 th Five-Year,a new round of recent construction planning has been ushered in China.How to make full use of the spatial coordination role of the recent construction planning has led to further discussion.At the same time,the implementation of the "multi-disciplinary" results is also gradually carried out under the requirements of the national "a blueprint to the end".There is a lot of attention from all over the world.In this case,by taking part in the recent construction planning and the compilation of "multi regulation one",the author realizes that the preparation method of the recent construction planning is still not perfect,and it is necessary to study the method of the short-term construction planning under the new situation.In this paper,the author uses literature retrieval,case analysis,experience summary and field investigation to sort out the recent construction planning methods and the practice cases of "multi regulation one" in our country,studies the existing problems in the past construction planning,and analyses the internal relations between the "multi regulation one" and the recent construction regulations.The work method of drawing up a map is analyzed in detail,and the problems highlighted in the process of compiling and implementing the recent construction plan are deeply analyzed.On the basis of the analysis of the problems and the analysis of examples,this paper analyzes the requirements for the planning and compilation of recent construction in the situation of "multi regulation one",and puts forward the ways to improve the planning and planning of the recent construction by using the "multi regulation" working method for reference.At the same time,through the example of the recent construction planning of Tongling,this paper summarizes the method system of the recent construction planning under the guidance of "multi regulation",in order to provide reference for the recent construction planning of other cities.In general,in the context of the implementation of the "multi regulation",the "one blueprint",a set of project repository,a method of implementation and a "four one" result system of the spatial information database can better ensure the implementation of the planning results,so that the planning will be truly issued in Tongling.The planning and compilation method based on "multi regulation" also provides a good guiding role for other cities in the country to prepare the short-term construction planning.
