In traditional ship,the most common of ship waste heat utilization equipment only have turbocharger,exhaust gas boiler,fresh water generator and so on,some high-power ship equipped with a steam turbine generator.These devices only use a part of ship waste heat.There is also a large amount of low-temperature waste heat is not fully utilized,and they are brought into the environment by sea water.If can make full use of waste heat of large ship or high power marine diesel engines,it will save a large number of fuel consumption,reduce the oceanic and atmospheric environmental pollution.It has an important significance for energy saving and emission reduction.This thesis is mainly divided into four parts:first,analyzing the background,meaning and the status quo of the development of comprehensive utilization technology of ship waste heat.Secondly,the traditional ship waste heat utilization technology of unused ship waste heat analysis research,explore the feasibility to use this part of the waste heat.Research the supply and consumption balance of the residual heat of the ship to ensure the normal operation of the ship power plant.Analyze the economy of the waste heat utilization system.The economic benefit for the ship owners is the necessary condition for the smooth development of the comprehensive utilization technology of ship waste heat.Thirdly,research the solution of low boiling point industrial Organic Rankine Cycle(ORC)power generation technology is used for low temperature waste heat recovery.Based on the characteristics of the low temperature waste heat of the ship,to select the organic materials suitable for large ocean ships.Design the circulation pattern of organic working medium in ship cooling system.Analysis of organic Rankine's circulation(ORC)power generation technology principle and working medium circulation state.It discusses the selection principle of low boiling point organic matter,and analyzes the efficiency of organic Rankine cycle for the utilization of low temperature waste heat.Research of the organic cycle working medium triangular cycle technology be used for ship waste heat recycling,analysis in the thermal efficiency of the triangular cycle system and the solution of this technology used for ships,in order to achieve the purpose of the maximum use of ship waste heat.Theoretically,the thermal efficiency of triangular cycle technology with the helical screw expander is used for ship waste heat utilization,is 3?4 times for a common organic Rankine's cycle.If the other related issues resolved,and lead the technology be used for ships,it will bring a technological revolution to the development and progress of ship power plan.Finally,the conclusion and forecast.The comprehensive utilization system of the ship waste heat has a wide application prospect.In the future,this technology will be applied to most ocean-going ships.
