As one of the typical coastal city,Sanya suffers from typhoon frequently,storm and storm surge often come along.Flood disaster is the most serious and frequent natural disasters in Sanya,resulting in great loss to the social economy and people's life.Compared with the general city,Sanya city flood disaster factors are more complicated,the damage is also more serious.In this paper,by building a multi-coupled flood risk model for Sanya,we got the flood risk characteristics of Sanya,which can play as a scientific guidance for flood prevention and disaster reduction.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In Sanya flood disasters are mainly caused by factors such as river flood,urban rainstorm,storm surge and so on.It is very important to consider the complex and variable combination of them.According to the calculation theory and method of engineering hydrology,we can work out flood,storm and tide process of different return period.Then design different combination of flow conditions.(2)Accurate terrain data is a prerequisite for accurate model results.Generalize calculation area based on the basic geographic 1:500DEM data.Use ArcGIS to deal with linear structures,planar structures.Use partition roughness within the calculation area and wet-dry theory to deal with variable boundary.Based on the above technical measures and treatment measures,establishe high precision and detailed flood risk calculation model for Sanya city.(3)According to different needs of the calculation program,select the flow boundary conditions and calculation parameters to calculate flood risk in Sanya.By using GIS and other tools to process the calculation results,obtain the flood risk characteristic values of different calculation schemes,such as the flooded area,the water depth,the duration and the time of flood arrival time.Based on the result of flood and waterlogging,draw flood risk map of Sanya city.(4)Based on the calculation results,do the following work: analyze traffic impact,work out the degree of influence to flood risk analysis caused by raising of water level and influence analysis of line building such as highway and railway on flood.With this paper,we got many results,which means a lot to scientific guidance,effective management and risk aversion for flood risk analysis of Sanya.
