As the improvement of the awareness about protecting non-renewable energy resource,more and more alternative ways are suggested.From exploitation and utilizing of non-renewable energy to implement of energy saving,energy problem is transforming from traditional power system to the discussion of multi-field and multi-technology.The proliferation of distributed generations(DG)and electric vehicles(EV)brought new challenges for distribution network architecture.In this dissertation,the optimal object is to minimize the active-power loss.The computational efficiency is improved from three directions.Firstly,by comparing the particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm and the cuckoo optimization algorithm(CS),PSO-CS algorithm was selected to form the main algorithm of reconfiguration.In view of the defect of PSO algorithm that is liable to fall in local optimum,CS algorithm is added to form a new mixed algorithm PSO-CS.Because of the character that the cuckoo algorithm's Levy long step and abandoning rate which can help to jump out of local optimum,the shortage of PSO algorithm can be covered.The PSO-CS algorithm is applied on reconfiguration.The step and the abandon rate are modified to improve the performance of the algorithm.Secondly,the mathematical model of distributional generations and electric vehicles is simplified to make them calculated in static reconfiguration.While brought in DGs,in order to simplify the models to the static reconfiguration,different types of DGs are analyzed in theory and putted in reconfiguration,which is optimized by PSO-CS algorithm.Finally,EV is analyzed in its statistical data to find out the character of its data to make it used in static flow calculation.PSO-CS algorithm is used to optimize the power supply output and switch combination in the distribution network containing the simple models of DGs and EV.All the measures are aimed to reduce the complexity of distribution system calculation and improve the optimization effect.The reconfiguration program is finished in Virtual Studio,to verify the advancement of PSO-CS mixed algorithm.The simplified mathematical models of DGs and EV are put in static distribution system,adding the active power output as the parameter to verify the improvement of reconfiguration effect by examples.
