| In this paper,the simulation of acoustic package is carried out based on a joint venture brand car and its acoustic package.One hundred and five structure subsystems and seventeen acoustic cavities subsystems are divided according to the principle of SEA modeling,assumptions and modal similar principle,and the material properties,physical attributes,modal densities,damping loss factors,coupling loss factors and acoustic excitation are determined in the models.FE-SEA hybrid model is established with in 200Hz to 800Hz and SEA model is established with in 800Hz to 8000Hz.The simulation model is checked under the reverberation chamber air acoustic load.The results show that the model can meet the accuracy of engineering analysis.FEM method is used to design the acoustic package by LMS Virtual.Lab.A simulation model of acoustic package is established,and the test data is used to verify the model.The results showed that the model could meet engineering re quirements.By using the model,the influence of different parameters on the acoustic performance is analyzed,and the performance of the acoustic package was calculated.In the simulation model of the vehicle,the influence of different acoustic packets o n the interior noise was analyzed.In this paper,the experiment method of acoustic package is introduced,and the experiment of acoustic package is carried out,which provides the basis for the simulation design of the acoustic package.The acoustic package was prepared and used.The influence of different acoustic package on the interior noise is analyzed and compared with the simulation results.The results show that the experiment is close to the simulation data.The experimental results showed that interior noise when idle reduced 2.53dB by installing the inner dash which EVA thickness is 3.5mm and the carpet which EVA thickness is 3mm.The research shows that research the influence of acoustic package to interior noise by simulation and experiment method has engineering meaning and reference value. |
