The static sealing failure is ubiquitous in the hydraulic sealing system,and it will bring great economic loss to the user when it is serious.O-ring seal is one of the most common static sealing methods.Research on its sealing performance has become a key research issue in the field of sealing system design.Aiming at the leakage problem in the O-ring sealing system,a leakage rate calculation model based on trapezoid leakage channel is constructed.An improved BK-Compound gray relational analysis method is proposed for the influence factors of sealing performance.And an optimum solution for the O-ring sealing performance is proposed based on a designed RBF-NSGAII optimization method.After that,a software system is developed for the O-ring sealing strcture design and applied in the sealing system design of load sensitive multi-way valve,which verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the software.In the first chapter,the research background of the paper is introduced.The research status of domestic and foreign scholars in static sealing performance of O-ring,modeling of sealing end leakage channel and optimization design of static sealing structure is summarized.The shortcomings of the existing methods are analyzed.The main contents and the organization framework of this dissertation are presented.In the second chapter,the metal rough surface profile is established,which is based on the Gaussian distribution.The leakage prediction model of O-ring sealing system based on leakage channel of trapezoidal cross-section is constructed.The acquisition method of parameters such as rough peak height and inner and outer diameter of contact area under macroscopic and microscopic morphology in O-ring sealing system is proposed,and applied to the calculation of the leakage rate of the O-ring sealing system in the hydraulic valve.In the third chapter,the influence of compressibility of O-ring,surface roughness and other parameters on the sealing performance of O-ring sealing system is studied.A BK complex improved gray relational calculation method was proposed,in which the weight factor is introduced.The correlation degree of different factors is calculated and sorted.In the fourth chapter,the optimization model of O-ring system is established.A multi-parameter proxy model is established by radial basis function.The multi-objective optimization of O-ring sealing system is solved by NSGAII genetic algorithm,and the Pareto solution set is obtained.A set of example is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed optimization method.In the fifth chapter,based on the actual requirements of the project,the software system for design of O-ring seal structure of hydraulic valve is developed.The interface components of the system,procedures,data transfer information and other details are designed.Taking the O-ring seal design in the multi-channel hydraulic valve as an example,the feasibility and practicality of the software system are verified.In the sixth chapter,the research contents of the whole dissertation were summarized,and the further research derection was prospected.
