With the constant improvement of the social productivity,there is a growing demand for electricity,which puts forward higher requirements for the operational stability of power grid equipment.The research group,according to the project delegated by the national grid company,has developed a set of GW4 disconnector simulation test platform.This paper describes the development process of the simulation test platform.And through theoretical and experimental analysis,the application technology of the test platform is discussed and verified,which provides technical support for debugging of outdoor high voltage disconnector and reliability test of its key components.The specific work of this paper are as follows:The background of the high voltage disconnector fault and the significance of solving these problems are explained,the types of high voltage disconnector is briefly introduced,and its four common faults,several common detection techniques and the research status of high voltage disconnector studied through test platform at home and abroad are reviewed.This paper,describes the simulation test platform from three aspects:mechanical design,electrical hardware design and software design.The wind-sand simulation device is designed,which prepares for the subsequent mechanical life test based on wind-sand environment;Mainly introduces a new type of force-detection contact head,which can be used in real-time force measurement of contact head in the process of switching,so as to provide numerical basis for debugging.By theoretical calculation,the relationship between the mechanism parameters and the contact deformation,the connecting rod force and operation moment,the connecting rod force and contact force is derived;Simulation software is developed based on MATLAB,on which the angular displacement,angular velocity,angular acceleration of system components and the deformation of the contact can be solved easily;Based on the simulation of the contact force of ADAMS,several kinds of contact force law in the debugging process are obtained;Based on ANSYS software,the simulation of two levels of linkage is carried out,and several common cases of joint card death are simulated.The test and analysis of the debugging application function of the force-detection rod and force-detection contact head are carried out;The wear test of silver coating of contact is carried out,by which the factors that influence the life of silver coating are obtained;Two practical cases are given.
