Water resources are the foundation of human existence,and the reuse water reuse model is a new water resource use pattern which has been used in recent years to improve the utilization ratio of water resources and reduce the burden of urban water use.The large difference between the reclaimed water quality and tap water quality also makes the study of its pipe network corrosion has a unique significance.In this study,the evaluation model of the influence of reclaimed water quality on the corrosion and fouling of pipe network was established.The dynamic simulation device of reclaimed water pipe network was set up.The electrochemical test was used as the main test method.The weight loss experiment of the coupon and the traditional chemical method were used to measure and analyze the two parts.The main results are as follows:?1?The influence of various factors on the corrosion rate and the resistance of the scale layer were:pH>total hardness>SO42->Cl-.The influence of pH on the corrosion rate was dominant,and the chloride ion had little effect on the corrosion process.?2?Based on the results of orthogonal experiments,a mathematical equation of corrosion rate of four factors was established by progressive optimization of multiple linear regression,which could better reflect the influence of various factors on the stable corrosion rate in reclaimed water.?3?The results of the orthogonal experiment are verified by the factory water of the reclaimed water factory.The results show that the accuracy of the corrosion rate model and the corrosion rate model established by the orthogonal experiment are well verified.?4?The initial growth of corrosion scale is divided into three stages,namely:rapid corrosion,transition,diffusion control.The influence of the simple deposit on the corrosion scale was not obvious in the early stage of the formation of scale layer.?5?The evaluation method of the influence of reclaimed water quality on the corrosion and fouling of pipe network was established.
