Energy tower heat pump is converted from traditional air source heat pump.Being different with air source heat pump,an energy tower is added in the system,which could take heat from the air depending on solution with freezing point lower than 0~oC.It could well solve the problem of frosting,and then improve the energy efficiency.but the system is mainly used in winter low temperature and high humidity regions such as central China,east China and there is little theoretical research on the heat and mass exchange within the energy tower.In order to promote the energy tower heat pump system in a wider range of regions,this paper studies the applicability of the heat pump system of the energy tower by experiments and simulations.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper describes the heat and mass transfer principle between the refrigerant and the air in the energy tower.On this basis,the heat and mass transfer mathematical model of the energy tower is established and this paper used the Matlab software to solve the model.The correctness of the model is verified by the comparison between the model and the measured results.Secondly,according to the relationship between the external and internal parameters of the heat pump system and its influence on the efficiency of the heat pump,this paper establish the energy consumption analysis models for the energy tower heat pump system and the air source heat pump system respectively.This paper use frost defrosting loss coefficient to modify the efficiency of air source heat pump system.Finally,this paper chooses the office buildings of Shenyang,Beijing,Xi'an,Changsha,Shanghai and Chongqing in the northeast,north,northwest,central,east and southwest regions as the research objects.Calculate the heating energy efficiency by energy tower heat pump system energy consumption calculation model and air source heat pump system energy consumption model,taking the air source heat pump system as comparing object,and on the basis of efficiency and energy saving,compared the two systems.The result shows that using energy tower heat pump system in Xi'an,Shanghai,Shanghai,Changsha is more appropriate.This conclusion will help promote the energy tower heat pump system in a wider range of regions.
