Building industrialization has changed the traditional flow and method of construction.Building industrialization is conducive to enhancing the quality of construction,improving production efficiency,reducing resource consumption,and promoting upgrading of industrial structure.Precast concrete sandwich cladding panels are frequently used envelop parts.According to the connection forms,precast cladding panels can be divided into point supported panels(dry connection type)and line supported panels(wet connection type).At present,the United States and Japan mainly adopt the flexible point supported panels.In our country,the fixed line supported type is mainly used in the frame structure and frame-shear wall structure.However,it is still to be researched that the application of the line supported connection type in the shear wall structure whether meet the seismic requirements.In this resarch,line supported prefabricated external cladding panels used in the practical project were introduced.Several factors that may affect the seismic performance of shear wall were considered,such as the treatment of surface combination,axial compression ratio,whether cladding panels have openings or not.According to the pseudo static test,isolated material was easy to fall off during the construction process,and the stiffness contribution cladding panels to shear wall appeared still large,and cracks emerged on the surface of the cladding panels.For optimization,kraft paper was used as new isolation material,and the double side direct shear test and ABAQUS finite element analysis were carried out.The researches show that: 1)Bearing capacity of shear walls with prefabricated cladding panels is higher than that of pure shear walls;2)In a certain range,if the axial compression ratio increases,stiffness contribution rate of the external cladding panels will be smaller;3)Prefabricated external cladding panels with openings have higher stiffness contribution than that without openings when adpting isolated materials and position limiting devices;4)As prefabricated cladding panels with openings developed cracks,more researches should be done to optimize the performance of isolated materials and connections;5)Contact surface between the prefabricated cladding panels and shear walls should not use rough surface,and angle connectors should be abolished;6)New isolated material reduces the bond capacity and the stiffness contribution prefabricated cladding panels to shear walls;7)It should be do more researches on upper and bottom joints to make sure cladding panels reliable when subjected to out-of-plane force during earthquake.In view of the fact that the connection between the prefabricated cladding panels and shear walls is relatively weak when subjected to out-of-plane force,and the fact that contact surface in the position of beam did not develpoed obvious cracks during the test,the connection between the upper part of the external cladding panels and precast shear wall is recommended partition layout: strengthening the connection in the beam range,increasing the number of reinforced bars,setting up non connected region in the plastic hinge region,and using the existing connection form the range of walls.
