Compared with the cast-in-place structure,fabricated construction has the advantages of high production efficiency and environmental friendliness,which has been developed rapidly in recent years,its advantage is beyond doubt.The key factor of restricting the development of prefabricated buildings is the enclosure system,especially the wall panels,so further research on precast composite wall panels is important.The seismic performance and ultimate bearing capacity of a new sandwich composite wall panel are mainly studied in this paper.The new composite wall panels studied in this paper are ceramic concrete steel truss sandwich composite wall panels with polystyrene board.The wall panels are connected with the steel frame through the lower-support and upper-pull flexible connection node.The seismic performance of the new energy-saving composite wall panels under the earthquake is verified by the simulated seismic shaking table test of the full-wall model of the wall panels,and the failure process and characteristics of the wall panels under the earthquake.In addition,the distribution law of the acceleration response and displacement response of the composite wall panels under the seismic wave are studied.Finally,a calculation method of the ultimate flexural capacity of the new composite wall panel is presented.The wall panels remained intact and no structural damage occurred during the test.This fully shows that the wall panels has excellent seismic performance,fully meet the seismic needs,can be applied to the actual project.The results showed that:the acceleration distribution law of the wall panel is that the acceleration of the upper part of the panel is the largest,the acceleration of the middle part of the panel is the second,and the acceleration of the lower part of the panel is the smallest;Changing law of acceleration with structure height of wall panels is that,the acceleration of the third-layer wall panels is the largest,the acceleration of the second-layer wall panels followed by,and the acceleration of the one-layer wall panels minimal.That is to say,the acceleration of the wall panels increases with the increase of the height of the structure;In addition,for the deflection of the wall panels,the deflection of the second-layer wall panels is the largest,the deflection of the third-layer wall panels followed by,and the deflection of the one-layer wall panels minimal.This paper presents a method for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of the composite wall panels.The calculation model has taken some reasonable simplification measures.The simplified model which is consistent with the real wall panel in the mechanism of force,is a reasonable calculation model.According to the experimental results of the flexural bearing capacity of the wall panel,the experimental values are compared with the theoretical values calculated by this method.The result shows that the method is reasonable and effective.
