Human life is closely related to energy.At present,total energy shortage,unreasonable structures of energy,serious environmental pollution are three main factors which restrict the development of the economy.How to reasonable develop and utilize clean energy and renewable energy is the problem to be solved.Solar energy,as an inexhaustible and inexhaustible clean energy,it has made full development and utilization in recent years,including photovoltaic power generation,domestic hot water,high temperature thermal power generation,and other fields.This paper presents a low and medium grade solar generator set and a comprehensive utilization system.Based on the basic principles of organic Rankine cycle,and took example by the research results of the low temperature waste heat power generation technology,completed the research and design of the set,design and construction of the system.Experiment research focused on the solar collector and the design of the generator set.By comparison with theoretical calculation of six kinds of candidate selection working fluids,select TY-1 as the circulation fluid.Set up test bench in types of direct evaporative and indirect evaporative generator.Experimental results show that the average efficiency of direct evaporation system is 3.0%,average efficiency of indirect evaporative system is 3.5%.By improving experimental research method and the form of solar collector and generating set,completed the design of the low temperature solar thermal power generation unit.Analyzed the experimental data and theoretical knowledge,get the external parameters(Evaporator,condenser,working medium pump)and internal parameters(Evaporation temperature,condensation temperature,expansion ratio,degree of superheat),analyzed the effect of parameters and the performance of the system,explored the effect of intensity of solar radiation to the properties of solar thermal collector and power generation system.Focused on the middle and low grade of solar energy generator,made a combination of the ground source heat pump technology,solar hot water technology,etc.put forward a comprehensive utilization of solar energy system.Took an actual case of a company in Yanjiao,completed the design of the comprehensive utilization of solar energy system.By means of investigation research,statistical computing and program planning,economic analysis and environmental analysis,results shown that the system has good feasibility and good comprehensive benefits.
