With the improvement of people's standard of pursuing comfortable living surrounding,the building energy consumption has a rise every year in China.Exploring renewable resources have become a tendency in the circumstance of environmental contamination and shortage of traditional resources.Ground-coupled heat pump systems(GCHPs),which were used in heating and cooling of buildings,have attracted people's attention for its character of energy conservation,high efficiency.It is comparative complicated to transfer heat between the soil and the borehole heat exchanger(BHE).Furthermore,there are many factors affect heat exchange.Many heat transfer modes have been built by the scholars around the world,many of which are limited in the aspects of theoretic research,which limits the use in practice.During the process of practice operation,the outlet temperature of buried pipe can be tested and observed easily,but the temperature of soil cannot be got directly.Therefore,we can build the connection between the temperature of soil and the outlet temperature of buried pipe,through which we can observe the temperature of soil easily,which have considerable theoretical value and practice value.For starters,the software of CFD was used to conduct the research of GSHPs of an office building in Tianjin.The simulation value and the test results were compared and analyzed,which proved the validity of model.The balance equation was built about the fluid and soil to get the effect factors of outlet water temperature of double U tubes.Then simulate the effect level of different factors to outlet water temperature of double U tubes.In order to research the relations between the outlet temperature of buried pipe and temperature of soil,the software of CFD was used to calculate the operational process.Results indicates that the soil temperature distribution of outside the borehole present the law of log function.Besides,the relations between the temperature of borehole wall and outlet temperature of buried pipe can be got through the heat transfer rule in the borehole.So the relations between the temperature of soil and outlet temperature of buried pipe can be got.
