In the present society,concrete has become the most common material in engineering construction.The surface of modern city is gradually hardened and covered by concrete and other water resistant materials,which bring convenience to human life,and aggravate the destruction of ecological environment,so we urgently need a kind of environmental protection material that can reduce the environmental burden and harmonize with nature.And the permeable concrete with excellent ecological function can solve this problem.With the implementation of China's"sponge City"policy,the application and popularization of pervious concrete has developed rapidly.Meanwhile,the low strength of the material itself and the lack of frost resistance are also exposed.Therefore,how to improve the performance of pervious concrete has important research significance.In order to improve the working performance of pervious concrete,by changing the dosage of water-reducing agent to control the fluidity of cement slurry,the design of mixture ratio is carried out,and the preparation of pervious concrete is carried out according to the design mix ratio.The experimental results of the mechanical properties,basic physical properties and frost resistance of the pervious concrete are analyzed,and the influence law of different factors on the properties of pervious concrete is obtained.The main conclusions are as follows:The paper presents the evaluation index of the fluidity of cement slurry as the working performance of pervious concrete.In a certain range,the increase of fluidity of cement slurry can improve the working performance of pervious concrete.In this experiment,when the fluidity reaches 240mm;the workability of permeable concrete is the best.The performance of pervious concrete is influenced by many factors such as its working property,target porosity,water cement ratio and curing age.Among them,the target porosity,water cement ratio and mechanical properties are negatively correlated.The working performance and curing age were positively correlated with mechanical properties,and the early strength of pervious concrete developed rapidly,while the basic physical properties of pervious concrete were negatively correlated with its working performance,cement slurry volume and water-cement ratio.In addition,the improvement of the working performance of pervious concrete can improve its frost-resisting durability,but its frost-resisting durability decreases with the increase of target porosity and water cement ratio.By this experiment,the effect of SBT~?-PRC(?)intensifier is remarkable,it can not only improve the mechanical properties of pervious concrete,but also can improve its basic physical properties.In addition,SBT~?-PRC(?)intensifier can also optimize the frost-resistant durability of permeable concrete.
