Crumb rubber concrete is a new material which have been found in recent years.It has good resistance to sliding which other mechanical properties of normal concrete do not have. The extensibility,hardness,frost resistance,mechanical properties of the rubber concrete have been researched at home and abroad. I will use the method of experiment and demonstration for the influence factors on the durability of crumb rubber concrete in this paper,which provids a basis for guidance in engineering.The durability of rubber concrete depends on its permeability resistance, carbonation resistance and resistance to chloride ion permeability. Through the rubber chloride ion permeability of concrete and frost resistance test, analyzing their effects on the durability of rubber concrete in this paper. The experiment selected two kinds of particle size of rubber particles(5 mesh, 80 mesh) and volume(10%, 30%) replacement in fine aggregate concrete to make a specimen. Durability test of rubber concrete include Na Cl immersion test and freeze-thaw cycle test, the mixed rubber concrete were immersed in four different concentrations(4%, 0%, 15%, 20%) in Na Cl solution, and then has been freeze-thawed by 0 times, 25 times, 50 times before the compressive strength test. Mainly for the rubber concrete in the same ratio under different concentration solution after soaking the compressive strength, flexural strength and compressive strength test, concrete, rubber under different ratio of the same concentration of soaking solution after soaking the flexural strength test, studied the Na Cl immersion and freeze-thaw effect on the durability of crumb rubber concrete.Through the analysis of the durability of the rubber concrete can be obtained the following conclusions:(1) The incorporation of rubber particles instead of fine aggregate concrete decreases the compressive strength of concrete, and under the same conditions, its compressive strength was decreased with the increase of rubber particles penetrate gradually.(2) The ductility of concrete was increased with incorporation of rubber particles.In the experiment, the crack was found in the specimen edge firstly. When the load increases to the maximum, vertical cracks on the trial will form many small, its failure shows plasticity.(3) Rubber concrete specimens in Nacl solution after corrosion, the compressive and flexural properties decreased with the increase of acid concentration, the compressive strength is reduced obviously.(4) with the increase of rubber concrete mixing amount of rubber particles, the surface of specimen is increased gradually, also the frost resistance is reduced gradually.
