| Aero-engine is the heart of civil aviation aircraft,its work condition is the first factor that affects the flight safety.Therefore,in order to improve the safety,reliability and economy,the implementation of health assessment of aero-engine and fault diagnosis analysis of aero-engine is necessary,it is also important to ensure safe operation of the engine.According to the characteristics of operation and maintenance for the CFM56-3 engine,which performance monitoring to evaluate the health status parameters of the integration,and on this basis,established the platform of aero-engine fault diagnosis parametric system.it accelerates isolation,guidance and analysis of CFM56-3 engine fault diagnosis.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,this article based on the study of current situation of domestic and abroad engine health condition assessment,using principal component analysis method of main parameters characterizing the engine running state for dimensionality reduction.Found the engine EGT margin can be use as the health status assessment of CFM56-3 engine main evaluation parameters and technology method,a large number of tests and studies conclude further validation.Secondly,based on a large number of experimental data and previous studies,according to the aircraft performance parameters manual and the fault isolation maintenance manual,construct a CFM56-3 engine Performance parameter database and fault diagnosis database,create a system platform of CFM56-3engine fault diagnosis parameters,by limiting the engine exhaust temperature margin parameter,engine high rotor speed and other parameters,combined with engine ground test were evaluated and isolation of engine fault state.eThe system platform is used to analyze and verify the specific case.Finally,this system is used to analyze and verify the specific case.In the CFM56-3 engine fault diagnosis parameter system,airline maintenance engineers can be prompted to input parameters,the system can directly output calculation results,fully reduce the threshold for application of business technology,effectively improve the efficiency of engine maintenance,have important reference value to promote the development of fault diagnosis technology of our country airline. |
