With the rapid development of urban rail transit,the rapid increase of energy consumption problem becomes notably prominent.Reducing the energy consumption of urban rail transit system can save operation cost and promote economic development,which plays an important role in maintaining the rapid and sustainable development of urban rail transit in China.The train traction energy consumption is a main part of the total energy consumption in the urban rail transit system and the optimization of train operation curve is an effective way to reduce the energy consumption of the train.In this paper,the dynamic programming algorithm is used to optimize the train operation curve.In view of the problem that dynamic programming is applied to optimize the operating curve of the train resulting in an issue that large state space make calculation speed slowly,a state set reduction strategy is proposed to reduce the invalid state.Combining the feasible speed control range of the train,this paper constructs the energy consumption matrix and time consumption matrix in the subinterval so as to improve the computation efficiency of the algorithm search process.Through the path search to determine the optimal control sequence and the corresponding train operation curve,the method enables the train to meet scheduled running time with the lowest energy consumption at the same time.During the actual operation of the train,due to the ATO control strategy,there is deviation between the actual speed curve of the train and the recommended speed curve of the train so that the running time cannot meet the requirements of the scheduled running time.Therefore,based on the dynamic programming algorithm to determine the train operation curve,considering ATO control strategy,this paper uses the genetic algorithm to optimize the middle cruising phases,and by designing ATO simulation controller,the paper regards the actual traction energy consumption and running time obtained by tracking recommended speed curve as evaluation target,searches each subinterval recommended speed and seeks for the train recommended speed curve meeting the scheduled running time so as to keep the train running the minimum energy consumption during the actual operation running time.Finally.according to the actual line data and vehicle information of Beijing metro Yizhuang line,the paper carries out a simulation to verify its algorithm.And the results show that under the giving control strategy,the method adopting the train recommended speed curve optimization which considers ATO control strategy can make the train running speed curve satisfy the actual running time with the lowest energy consumption.It verifies the validity and effectiveness of the method in this paper.
