For the normal operation of each train operation scene,the train control data has played an important role with the interaction of subsystems timely.In the meantime,train control data is like the central nervous in the train control system and is also the basis of train normal operation.And the sigmacompleteness of data means the characteristics of train control safe data,such as completeness,correctness,order,real-time,time-effectiveness and compatibility.But the data of sharing and fusion can achieve the restriction for multi-dimensional data.It is also the effective method to improve the sigmacompleteness of data.The hardware basis of data fusion is a multi-sensor system,the research object is multi source information,the key core is to coordinate,optimize and process synthetically,the goal is to obtain more safe,accurate and reliable data than a single source data.Data fusion means that we take the many kinds of information acquired from various ways,time domains and spatial domains as a whole and then make comprehensive processing effectively.It might play an important role for system integration effect adequately,that is to say,the integration can embody the whole emergence of systems while the sum of parts cannot.The data fusion in train control system can be divided into three basic model including sensor level,equipment level and decision level.The multi-sensor fusion is achieved in basic control variables like train speed and location information by redundancy design.And there are lots of interfaces between kinds of equipment to satisfy the need sharing data.Also the decision level fusion can show in that CTCS-3 train control system integrates the two different transmission way,based on GSM-R radio communication and track circuit,between onboard and ground equipment.The main work of this paper including following several points:Firstly,the overall framework of train control system over the data fusion in terms of three level is introduced after analyzing technical specification,structural composition,operating principle of CTCS-3.Meanwhile the feasibility for fusion methods and building of fusion mode is explained in general.Secondly,for the fusion methods and corresponding design in decision level,the knowledge fusion algorithm based on fusion rules is introduced and applied to CTCS-3 system,take movement authority,temporary speed restriction,line description information for example.There are many differences for C3 and C2 control unit in terms of information sources,transmission channel and handling method from CTCS-3 system.It also can create conditions and make it possible to fuse the two control unit's data.After the utilization of syncretic data to compute permitted train speed and development of monitoring curve,the train control system would be safer than before.Thirdly,for the fusion methods of train basic control variable,such as speed and location in multi-sensor data level,a newly train speed measurement model based on CKF-SVSF fusion algorithm is introduced which combine the accuracy of CKF and the robustness of SVSF by the calculation over subspace ?.In the simulation platform of MATLAB,the performance of the new algorithm for non-linear system is more accurately to trace the speed curve compared with traditional filtering algorithm.The analysis result of the 120 experiments show that the average estimation error of the proposed algorithm decreases by 11.67%and 7.16%respectively in comparison with standard EKF and UKF.From the experiments,it is no doubt that the proposed algorithm is better than other traditional non-linear algorithm.
