In this paper,the key manufacturing techniques of reconstituted bamboo used as building panel were studied systematically and thoroughly from the aspects of bamboo stress treatment,preparation technology and aging resistance property.Primarily studying the effect of heat treatment and bleach treatment on the color,microstructure and composition of bamboo;The orthogonal test was adopted to study the optimal techniques of reconstituted bamboo used as floorboard;The attenuation law of mechanical properties of reconstituted bamboo used as floorboard were studied according to four kinds of manual accelerating aging methods.The results are summarized as follows:(1)When producing reconstituted bamboo,which is used as building panel in bamboo architecture,we should picked thin bamboo bundles or thick bamboo bundles with fine fluffing as raw material.The optimal bleach treatment techniques is at 60?for 90min on concentration 4%;and the optimal heat treatment techniques is at 160?for 2 hours.(2)Orthogonal test was adopted to study the effect of three factors,including the density of timber,the time of impregnation and glue strength,on the mechanical properties of reconstituted bamboo used as floorboard.The result showed that the optimal choice of production process was:density of the timber 1.1g/cm~3,the time of impregnation was 20min and glue strength was 25%.Under this condition,moisture content of reconstituted bamboo was 5.9%,horizontal shear strength was 16.7MPa,modulus of rupture was 128.6MPa,modulus of elastic was 10770MPa and formaldehyde emission was 0.1mg/L.(3)According to the four kinds of manual accelerating aging methods,nail holding power and modulus of rupture can be used as important indexes to test the aging properties of reconstituted bamboo for the significant property reduce.The destroy of ASTM D1037 is greater than ISO 16998:2003(E),but the latter is good at saving time.So we made a suggestion that researchers can pick one of them to test aging property depends on different using environment.
