It was proposed in "Made in China 2025" that a number of intelligent factories and digital workshop need to be constructed in key test field.Since the shipbuilding industry is key industries for serving the development of the ship industry and supporting national defense construction,the development of shipbuilding industry is able to promote the level of national industrial technology and promote the economy development,and it plays an important role to other industries as well.Therefore,it has a great importance to develop China's shipbuilding industry to enhance the country's overall strength.Combined with the status of China's shipbuilding enterprises,the construction of ship blocks manufacturing intelligent workshop should be the first step for China's shipbuilding industry in promoting the ship's intelligent manufacturing process.Through the establishment of segmented intelligent workshop to promote shipbuilding efficiency of the entire shipyard to achieve intelligent manufacturing in the future.First of all,this paper presents the overall structure of large ship welding intelligent workshop,which is employed to research the concept and function of large ship welding intelligent workshop.Meanwhile,this paper analyzes the process flow and information management mode of the welding workshop under the intelligent manufacturing technology,and summarizes some key technologies to realize the intelligent of the ship welding workshop.In order to facilitate management,this paper established reference model management system of the large ship welding intelligent workshop.Secondly,based on the actual process and production data of the digital workshop,the simulation system of the panel block assembly line and the curved block assembly line is completed by using the Plant Simulation software.Model taking into account the production workshop failure rate factors,scheduling planning factors,to further improve the authenticity of the simulation system.The interactive system is developed for the simulation system,and the system model is integrated.Thirdly,the experiment of simulation model of the production line is simulated and the simulation results is analyzed.Designing test of the system parameters which affect the production capacity of the production line,finding the appropriate parameters,determing the capacity of the temporary storage area of the production line,to further improve the efficiency of the production line.Which is employed to research of the distribution of tray material in the workshop,and the capacity of the temporary storage area was optimized by parameter matching test.Finally,the paper analyzes the production situation of panel block assembly line,and proposed that the scheduling problem of panel block assembly line is a scheduling problem with block of hybrid flow line,and the scheduling problem of panel block assembly line has been studied,and the mathematical model has been established.Optimizing the production schedule of panel block assembly line based on the genetic algorithm under the assignment rules.The study of reference model is of great significance to the construction of large-scale shipbuilding welding intelligent workshop.It is a great importance for studying and analysis of the production process of the workshop without wasting resources,and it is of great meanning to improve the shipbuilding efficiency and the level of production organization and management in the case of using the virtual simulation technology to model and simulate the workshop.
