The phase change material has the advantages of large latent heat of phase change and almost no change in temperature during the phase change process.It has wide application prospects in the field of aircraft thermal protection.However,due to the low thermal conductivity of the phase change material,it restricts its thermal control in the aircraft on the application.In this paper,graphite foam carbon was prepared by template method,then the graphite foam carbon was impregnated into the molten phase change material.After cooling,phase change material-graphite foam was prepared.Finally,we use vinyl silicone oil,hydrogen-containing silicone oil and other raw materials to prepare the high thermal conductivity of silicone rubber,and the use the high thermal conductivity silicone rubber to package phase change material-graphite foam,thus get the graphite foam energy storage composite material,that is,the aircraft high thermal conductivity phase change energy storage structure..Then,the commercial software ANSYS and FLUENT were used to carry out numerical modeling and heat transfer analysis of the prepared graphite foam energy storage composites.The heat transfer process of graphite foam energy storage composites under different thermal conductivity,different porosity and different pore diameters was analyzed.Summarize the influence of these parameters on the heat transfer process,and thus guide the preparation of graphite foam energy storage composite materials.Based on the thermal response experiment platform,the heat transfer process of the graphite foam energy storage composite material under constant temperature and constant heat flow was analyzed.The experimental platform was used to simulate the actual working conditions.The effect of graphite foam energy storage composite materials is analyzed and evaluated in the practical application.Finally,the properties of graphite foam energy storage composites are characterized,so as to comprehensively and comprehensively understand and evaluate the graphite foam energy storage composites.
