At present,China's city public transportation system has rapidly developed.As an extension of public transport accessibility,public bike system can provide efficient point-to-point travel solutions for passengers,which effectively relieves the last mile problem.However,due to the limited number of rental spots and fixed parking places,the development of existing public bike system encounters bottleneck,and the attraction gradually declines.Due to the continuous and rapid development of Internet technology and the maturity of mobile payment technology,bike sharing has exploded in the second half of 2016 in China,as a new form of public bikes in public view,and attracted much more passengers with greater flexibility,high density and other advantages.Sharing bike helps to promote green travel and reduce urban traffic congestion in a certain extent.Meanwhile,the enhanced flexibility and the sharp increase of bike launches have brought a series of challenges,especially the problem of unbalanced public bike parking problems around the rail transit station and the peak tide phenomenon.A series of problems mentioned above are urgently needed to be solved.This paper focuses on the traffic characteristics of sharing bikes connecting urban rail transit stations based on public traffic data.Firstly,the calculating method of proper number of bikes is studied combined with accessibility advantage;Secondly,the scheduling and management of sharing bikes have been discussed to provide a new way of thinking for 'sharing bike + public transportation',providing theoretical foundations and practical application for the scientific scheduling of bike sharing system.The main research contents and innovation points of this dissertation are as follows:(1)Focusing on a new public bike mode combined with the characteristics of large quantity,great flexibility and wide distribution,and discusses the 'sharing bikes + rail transit' connection mode.The bike-sharing system is divided into rail transit station-centric sub-regions,which include the rail station and nearby area.This system is studied from the planning level and scheduling management level,and it provides new ideas for the scientific development of public bike system.(2)A transportation microcirculation network combined with urban rail transit station and microcirculation roads is established to explain the accessibility concept based different travel modes.This concept helps propose the transfer advantages of three kinds of transportation.Finally,the accessibility advantage of sharing bike is used to determine the reasonable amount of bike delivery.(3)Urban rail transit stations are classified by passenger flow data.According to the classification results,this paper analyzes the typical characteristics of various stations and makes the production mechanism of the public bike imbalance in rush hour more clearly;on the basis of the above work,we find it necessary to implement the scheduling of public sharing bike system during peak hours,combined with the characteristics of sharing bike without pile.Finally,a scheduling model of sharing bikes is established,and an improved ant colony algorithm is used to solve the problem of sharing bike scheduling effectively,and a reasonable scheduling scheme is obtained.Effective scheduling can not only improve user satisfaction and system operation service level,but also solve the phenomenon of vehicle agglomeration at rush hour,which is beneficial to the overall development and efficient and orderly operation of the public bike system.
