As an important part of urban public transportation,urban rail transit has the characteristics of high efficiency and high speed,which can significantly improve the travel efficiency of travelers.However,due to the problems of high cost and difficult construction,it is difficult for urban rail transit to achieve "door-to-door" service.In order to fundamentally improve the attraction of urban rail transit to passengers and provide efficient,comfortable and convenient service to passengers,it is necessary to cooperate with other modes of transportation for urban rail transit.As a new mode of public transportation,sharing bike have been favored by the public because they can use and riding freely.Sharing bike have fundamentally solved the problem of "last-mile" in urban travel and changed the structure of the residential interchange mode.As sharing bike is a new mode of transportation,the research on sharing bike and sharing bike interchanging urban rail transit is still in the blank field.In order to master the characteristics of sharing bike travel and interchanging urban rail transit,and better optimize the interchange between sharing bike and urban rail transit,this paper based on sharing bike order data,metro AFC data,online and offline sharing bike interchanging urban rail transit questionnaire survey data,geographic information data and other source data,analyses the characteristics and impacts of sharing bike interchanging urban rail transit from the individual level and the station level.(1)The space-time characteristics of sharing bike and urban rail transit,and the impact of sharing bike on urban rail transit passenger flow are analyzed.Firstly,the data structure of sharing bike order data and metro AFC data are analyzed.The sharing bike user's riding OD is obtained based on GeoHash algorithm.The actual riding distance of the sharing bike is obtained based on Gaode API.Secondly,the space-time travel characteristics of sharing bike are studied from the angle of the total number of riding bikes,riding time distribution,riding distance distribution,riding speed distribution,travel time and sharing bike riding hotspot area.Finally,based on metro AFC data,space-time characteristics of urban rail transit travel were analyzed,and the influence of sharing bikes on urban rail transit passenger flow was analyzed.The results show that after the occurrence of sharing bike,the passenger flow of urban rail transit which travel distance between 0-6km shows a decreasing trend,especially within 4 km.(2)Based on sharing bike order data and metro AFC data,the interchange characteristics of sharing bike around urban rail transit stations are analyzed from the station level.Firstly,the characteristics of sharing bike riding around the station are studied from three aspects:full-day riding characteristics,morning and evening peak riding characteristics and regional riding characteristics.Secondly,the urban rail transit stations are classified based on the riding characteristics of sharing bike that around the stations.Eleven indicators are selected to classify urban rail transit stations into five types:inflow-outflow type,outflow-inflow type,inflow-outflow equilibrium type,full-time equilibrium type and sparse connection type.According to the posterior probability of GMM model,the multiple attributes of the station are analyzed,and the probability that the station belongs to different types and the mixing degree of the station is obtained.(3)Based on the data of online and offline questionnaires,this paper studies the impact of sharing bike promotion on the selection of urban rail transit interchange modes.Firstly,considering the lack of information of social and economic attributes and individual travel characteristics of travelers in sharing bike order data and metro AFC data,online and offline questionnaire survey on sharing bike interchanging urban rail transit travel was conducted.Secondly,descriptive statistical analysis of the survey data is carried out qualitatively to analyze the impact of socio-economic attributes,individual characteristics and travel characteristics on the choice of interchange modes at the individual level.Finally,based on the survey data,the Nested Logit model(NL model)is established to research the selection of the interchange mode of Urban Rail Transit under the influence of sharing bike.According to the calibration results of the model,the influence of relevant factors on the selection of interchange modes was analyzed.The results of model calibration show that the distance,vehicle ownership,travel purpose and sharing bike packages all have influence on the selecting sharing bike to interchange urban rail transit.(4)The case site is analyzed and studied with multi-source data,such as sharing bike order data,metro AFC data,online and offline questionnaire data.Firstly,according to the classification results of sharing bike interchanging urban rail transit stations,Huilongguan Station,Zhongguancun Station,Guogongzhuang Station and Beijing West Station are selected as case stations.Secondly,the interchange characteristics of sharing bike around four typical stations are made a comparative analysis from three aspects:land property,passenger flow of rail transit stations and the interchange characteristics of sharing bike around stations.Finally,combined with the research results,some optimization suggestions are put forward for inter-regional and intra-regional of sharing bike dispatching and capacity planning of parking facilities around stations.
