| Traction converter is the core of metro vehicle equipment,which is related to vehicle smooth running.The thesis is relying on National Technical and Scientific Support Projects for the "12th Five-year Plan"-"Integrated Energy Saving Key Technology and Engineering Application and Demonstration of Rail Transit Train",from traction converter control system design and implementation,focus on speed sensor-less control method in vector control and efficiency optimized methods.The research results are verified by simulation and experiments.First,the induction motor mathematical model and classical vector control method are analyzed.Based on the analysis,speed estimation method and traction motor close loop flux observer are modeled.Then the adaptive scheme based on Lyapunov is designed,so that the motor speed can be identified.In order to realize the efficiency optimization,the two aspects of maximum torque per ampere control method and hybrid pulse width modulation strategy based on selected harmonic elimination are adopted.On one hand,in order to optimize the efficiency of traction motor,according to fundamental mathematical theory,it targets at minimizing stator current,which makes the copper minimized to get the energy saving purpose.On the other hand,instead of common synchronous modulation,selected harmonic elimination pulse width modulation is adopted as optimized synchronous modulation.The optimized modulation method is implemented by controlling the turn on/off time and the duty of the pulse,which can eliminate the lower harmonics in machine voltage and current to reduce harmonic loss,so that it can realize energy saving.At last,the traction drive system of Beijing metro line 10 is introduced.From the hardware design,the structure of traction converter and the traction main control board function and ports are included.From the software design,the program flow charts are involved.Relying on Beijing metro line 10 project mentioned above,the experiment platform of traction drive system on ground are set up,and the main components of the platform are demonstrated.In the end,through the ground experiment platform of traction drive system,the speed estimation control strategy,maximum torque per ampere control method,and hybrid pulse width modulation based on selected harmonics elimination strategy are validated. |
