Steam supplying system is one of Steam power system,which can relieve the non-quilibrium of steam flowrate between steam source and steam equipment,it mainly consists of vapor source and energy storage devices,and it is widely used in papermaking,rubber,solar power and other industries.Matching control of Steam supplying system is the main method for improving efficiency and maintianing pressure of steam source.However,at this stage,the research of steam supplying system is mainly focused on the study of the characteristics of the steam source or energy storage device,there is less of research on the overall system matching.Therefore,this paper uses GSE simulation platform to build dynamic simulation model for researching matching Control Strategy,the object of study is Steam supplying system which is composed by supercharged boiler and steam accumulator.This paper will carry on both qualitative and quantitative research for obtaining the charging and bypass optimal control scheme on the base of GSE dynamic simulation model.Firstly,the article uses the method of control variables to study fast on opening,fast off opening of the largest valve occurrence time and valve type of steam charging valve for the influence of steam charging rate.Secondly,in order to get the right valve combination and better control strategies,using different combinations of valves and two bypass control strategic to carry on experimental study.Finally,on the basis of these studies,optimizing the control strategy to get a fast and stable steam charging control scheme,at the same time,compare to PID control scheme.Through the analysis of experimental data obtained results:The larger of fast on opening,the later of the largest valve occurrence time,and the greater of fast off opening,the charging time will be shorter.At the same time,according to the charging time and flow changes of different valves,choosing the linear and parabolic valve as the system Controlling valve;when the charge steam valves uses linear valves and the bypass valves uses parabolic valves,the charging time shortest and pressure control is best under the second coordinated control strategy;The control performance of setting up the minimum valve opening 0.12 is better than setting up the minimum bypass flow;The earlier of the largest valve occurrence time,the greater of the maximum instantaneous charging flow.However,the charging time is longer.When the maximum instantaneous charging flow less than or equal to 1,the largest valve occurrence time is no influence to charging rate,moreover,the lower of the maximum instantaneous charging flow,the pressure of drum and steam header is lower.Therefore,the best choice is setting up the largest valve openning on the fast off line;Through the experiment of the fast on openning and the largest valve openning duration of charging valve,the best control scheme is that setting up the fast on openning is 0.7 and the largest valve openning duration is 6s.The paper results can play a good supporting role for making control strategy and improving economic of steam supplying system in related industries.Through comparing to PID control scheme,PID control scheme mak:es a larger pressure fluctuations for the maching of valve opening and closing,however,it has a shorter charging time.
