Global energy is draining away,and the environment issues catching people's attention with eath passing day.Under the circumstances,develop the clean alternative fuels for internal combustion engine has been a tendency in worldwide.DME gets wide attention as a kide fo clean alternative fule which can adapted to compression ignition engine?DME vaporization phenomenon in DME-diesel supply system for dule fule engine converted from conventional Bosch system would resulted in “vapor lock” and restrict the use of DME-diesel dule fule.In this study,a kind of DME-diesel dule fule fule supply system which can be used with conventional Bosch pume is introduced,and the point is the bypass check valve which can inprove the DME vaporization phenomenon in pump chamber.This paper completed scheme design,spare parts manufacturing and amelioration based on experimental and simulation research.DME-diesel dule fule supply system is composed by DME-diesel mixing tank,nitrogen pressure boost devices,measuring devices and the bypass check valve.DME-diesel mixing tank is designed to blend DME and diesel in certain ratio and uniformity,;nitrogen pressure boost devices should keep the duel fule immit the pump in certain presure which can makesure DME contain liquid state;measuring devices make sure the process of mix and experiment can be in smooth porgress and measure the experimental result.Design of the bypass check valve contained model selection of spring,design of check valve and sealing elements;analysis the relevant parameters of check valve which influence the system by simulation software,and preliminary confirm the basic size of each parts of the bypass check valve;draw all parts of the bypass check valve and work out the bypass check valve.Analysis the different technical solution of bypass check valves by simulation software and test the bypass check valve with different chamber volume and spring stiffness.Eventually confirm the best technical solution by compare the result of the tests.Research shows that: the technical solution of bypass check valve designed in this paper is basically reasonable and practicable,could fulfill the initial requirement which aimed to ameliorate the DME vaporization phenomenon in pump chamber.
