Restricted by the conduct wire in power transmission for so long, people put more and more attention on the way of wireless power transfer.Wireless power transfer takes advantages in flexibility and convenience, and it has been used in many situations and is getting more and more accepted by people. As a most commonly used wireless power transfer product, induction cookers are very popular in both civil and industrial field. However, traditional induction cookers are very sensitive to the distance between the cooker and the pan.In most situations, the heated pan should be put very close to the top glass of the cooker. This article purposes to design a warmer which can smoothly output 600W power. Moreover, the distance between the cooker and the pan could be increased by adding a secondary coil between them.By the establishment of the equivalent circuit model, the principle of the induction cooker based on magnetically couple is analysed. The circuit topology of the compensation circuit is chosen by compared among several ones. There are many factors in the induction cooker system could have an effect on the transmission characteristics, such as the working frequency, the mutual inductance, the coupling coefficient, the distance between the coils and load of the system,so they are all compared and optimized on the circuit model.Based on the analysis both the software and hardware platform are established and the experiments are taken on the platform. The Design and establishment of resonant coil, inverter circuit, drive circuit,EMI filter and protection circuit are included to verify the rationality of this article. When the system outputs 600W power, the efficiency goes over 90%,which meets the requirement.
