| A New Energy Automotive company proposed the “A Type of Electric Passenge r Car” project to develop new models of pure electric vehicles.In the early design process,due to the lack of system-level integrators(including models and hardware),Systematic matching and optimization of existing auto parts cannot predict whether existing auto parts meet the performance requirements of new models.Based on the requirements of this project,this article aims to establish a subsystem integration m odel with pre-connection,ie,a vehicle system architecture,and a series of options f or designing and developing new vehicle configurations.This will provide flexibility and availability for purely electric vehicles.Configured implementation.Allows you to add the extra elements required to each interface and subsystem to simulate mor e detailed and complete automotive components.Moreover,this system architecture p rovides universal interface and system decomposition,promotes plug-and-play interop erability among various model libraries,and realizes cooperation between suppliers a nd university research groups.In order to accomplish the above objectives,this paper has done the following work:First,because the Modelica basic model library provides the necessary basic co mponents and interface definitions for the establishment of this system architecture,I analyzed the characteristics of the modeling language Modelica and selected the Mo delica basic model library of OMEdit software for research.The internal componentsincluded,the specification library structure of the subsystem model library,and the general interface definitions,specified physical assumptions,and design details(inclu ding required equations and components)of each subsystem were studied.Learn abo ut parametric model processing mechanisms and model functions in complex structur es with extensive model data.Through the above research,it is found that the existi ng system architecture is less researched and developed in pure electric vehicles.Second,the project needs the project is the development of some new pure ele ctric vehicles,focusing on the establishment of a common vehicle system for pure e lectric passenger car architecture,that is,based on the existing model library,increas e the necessary electric vehicle The car needs the model to achieve the above purpo se.The added model library includes: 1)Extensible driver model based on proportio nal control.2)Simple and scalable battery model.3)Based on Mapped extensible motor model.Thirdly,applying the established model library and the existing model library to construct a simple and complete pure electric passenger vehicle system architecture,and using this architecture to run custom and NEDC cycle conditions to verify the established model library.The correctness of the vehicle system architecture. |
