With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of material level,the problem of urban parking becomes more and more serious.The average waiting time of users with relatively few vehicles is relatively long,and the application of roadway stacking type parking garage provides a good method for parking.But in order to improve the overall efficiency of the garage,stacker type stereo garage stacker work path optimization research is the key to improve the work efficiency,this paper takes the automated multi-layer garage/warehousing operation path optimization problem as the research point,the main research contents are as follows:First of all,the mechanical system and control system of roadway stacking stereoscopic garage are introduced.According to its working principle and operation flow,the operation mode of roadway stacking stereoscopic garage is analyzed.It is pointed out that the aim of operation path optimization is to minimize the running path of stacker.On the premise of fixed parking space,mathematical models with the shortest operating path in single mode and compound mode as objective functions are established respectively.Secondly,the basic working models of genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm are introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two algorithms are analyzed,which complement each other,and the hybrid algorithm is applied to the path optimization in this paper.The mathematical operation model of the stacker is analyzed and solved by the three algorithms,and the concrete examples are simulated and analyzed by MATLAB software.The final results show that the optimal path of the stacker running is obtained by using the hybrid algorithm proposed in this paper,which shows that the proposed method can meet the requirements better.Finally,the control system of roadway stacking stereoscopic garage is analyzed.Combining the characteristics of simulation software MATLAB and controller S7-300,the communication interface between MATLAB software and controller S7-300 is established by combining MATLAB software with controller S7-300.The main content of communication interface realization is analyzed.This can help to realize the control system of the stacker and to a great extent improve the efficiency of the vehicles in the stereoscopic garage.Thevalidity and practicability of this method can be proved.
