With the rapid development of Chinese economy,the number of private cars has increased year by year,therefore,the problem of vehicle parking becomes prominent,which is the result of social,economic and transportation development to a certain extent.Especially the first tier cities,it is impossible to build more parking space to solve the problem.The shortage of land resources requires more parking space,but the stereo garage can make full use of space resources,with a small footprint,high degree of automation,good appearance and safety measures,etc.It brings an opportunity to solve the urban parking problem.However,the service ability of the automated stereo garage has to be improved,which is mainly manifested in shortening the queue,reducing waiting time and energy consumption.Through the analysis of the stereo garage queuing model,choosing appropriate parking space and the number of service window can keep both the queue length and the waiting time in a relatively reasonable range.As for the garage scheduling,it can help to choose the appropriate scheduling strategy according to different parking time,which can greatly improve the overall performance of the garage,reduce energy consumption and save more time.The main contents are as follows:(1)In the early construction of the stereo garage,storage size and service window need to be planed,because proper storage size can improve the utilization of resources and parking spaces,and reasonable service window can make the queue length,waiting time and the loss rate of vehicle in a good range.According to the analysis of the garage queuing process,the model of parking and service window is established,the size of parking space and service window is calculated by choosing an appropriate parameter.(2)According to the analysis above,the stereo garage is modeled.Takeing single roadway for example,a simplified model of two-dimensional coordinates of stereo garage needs to be constructed.According to different positions of the stacker under different scheduling strategies,analyze the running distance of the stacker under the storing car priority,retrieving car priority,the cross access and the situ standby strategy in the principle of the nearest parking space.According to the different parameters,the operation situation of stacker is simulated with the genetic algorithm and different scheduling strategy.(3)The basic principle of genetic algorithm is introduced,the stacker running distance as the research object,then the parking sequence optimization is realized by using the genetic algorithm and the stacking machine get a better running path and shortest running distance.
