The country and the people have paid more and more attention to environmental and environmental protection because of the rapid economic development of our country and the deterioration of the environment in the last decade. As a low-emission clean fuel, natural gas is the fastest growing energy source in China and this The growth trend is accelerating. As a new type of fuel,CNG has a series of features that are clean, efficient, and economically superior to gasoline and diesel. In recent years,CNG has ushered in the development of blowout type. However, with the development of blowouts for CNG vehicles and CNG filling stations, the safety issues of CNG filling stations have not been matched to the development and many safety accidents have occurred. As one of the most uncontrollable leak accidents, the corrosion caused by the accumulated liquid in gas storage wells will lead to more and more accidents due to the increase of operating time of gas storage wells. This article is aimed at the special structure within the gas well, making it difficult to study the effusion problem meticulously.By using Aspen Plus to establish the working flow of the CNG gas filling station and carrying out the process flow simulation, the desulfurization rate in the gas well environment, that is,the hydrogen sulfide content,is affected. The size of the value played a decisive role. Therefore, the EIS and potentiodynamic polarization curves of 20# carbon steel at different temperatures were analyzed and fitted by using an electrochemical workstation. It was found that 20# carbon steel was always in the concentration of hydrogen sulfide at different concentrations.Activated dissolved state,no passivation phenomenon. In the solution, the corrosion rate decreases first and then gradually accelerates, and it is found that the higher the hydrogen sulfide content, the faster the corrosion rate, but this process does not increase linearly. And the higher the temperature, the faster the corrosion rate. Finally, using ANSYS stress analysis of gas storage wells under normal working conditions and post-corrosion conditions,it was found that if the occurrence of corrosion in gas storage wells with a corrosion area of 6 cm^2 depth of 1.2 mm,the stress in the gas storage wells has exceeded The yield limit that the material can withstand. Therefore,in the actual production process of CNG refueling stations, more attention should be paid to the inlet temperature of the desulfurization equipment and gas storage wells.
