Research On Construction Mode And Scheme Of LNG Filling Station

Liquefied natural gas(LNG)is a commonly used power fuel,because of its clean and economic characteristics,it is gradually widely used in a variety of industries as power fuel,such as automobile industry,power generation industry and water transportation industry.Nowadays,the number of ships using LNG fuel as power is increasing,and the LNG filling station as a platform to provide LNG powered ship fuel supply is becoming more and more important.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the research of LNG refueling station on water.In this regard,this paper will focus on some important issues in the construction process of LNG filling station for water ships.(1)This paper summarizes the research status at home and abroad,expounds and analyzes the research status of ship channel,ships using LNG fuel and ship LNG filling station.At the same time,the paper analyzes several problems in the feasibility study of LNG filling station construction,including market forecast,filling mode and site selection,and summarizes and analyzes the key problems of LNG filling station.(2)Research on the market forecast of LNG filling station for seagoing ships.This paper analyzes two different types of LNG market forecast,including the macro market demand forecast at the national level and the LNG filling demand forecast for the project.At the same time,this paper analyzes and discusses the methods of LNG filling station market forecast,points out the problems that should be focused on in the market forecast,and finally gives an example of LNG filling station market forecast to carry out the analysis and research,and puts forward the relevant suggestions and measures.(3)Research on the filling mode of LNG filling station on water.Firstly,this paper analyzes the function of LNG filling station,analyzes the characteristics of service objects,key problems to be solved,and defines the function orientation of LNG filling station.Based on this foundation,this paper deeply analyzes the filling modes of several different types of LNG filling stations.Combined with the selection principle of filling mode type and relevant laws and policies,the selection method of LNG filling station filling mode is clarified.(4)Research on the site selection of LNG filling station for ship on water.The calculation of LNG filling capacity and the classification of LNG filling stations are analyzed point by point.On this basis,the site selection of LNG filling station is studied,including the basic principles,constraints,basic requirements and specifications.Finally,the improved method of LNG filling station site selection is put forward,and relevant examples are given for application research.
