Exploration On Water Rights Trading Of Urban Industry And Agriculture

In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization in China,the city has become the most important water administrative area.Under the condition of population expansion and rapid economic growth,water resources in many cities of China are under tremendous pressure.People are always troubled by three water resources problems,such as flood,drought,water shortage and water environment deterioration.Now,the shortage of water resources has become the bottleneck factor of economic development.Under the current demand and supply of water resources,in order to solve the problem of water shortage from the management level,it is necessary to establish water rights trading market between industry and agriculture industry in line with China's national conditions,and transfer some agricultural water rights to industry by means of water rights trading.At present,the focus of water right trading is the problem of water right market construction and the price of water right trading.The formulation of water right price is often influenced by many factors.Compared with foreign countries,the level of social and economic development and water resources management system are not mature in China.The construction of water rights market and the formulation of water rights price are different from the existing modes abroad.Compared with the theoretical research of water right market construction,scholars in China have relatively few studies on determining the price of water rights trading.The existing models do not take into account the current situation of the development of water rights market in our country,and can not reflect the water benefit of the two parties in water rights,so it is difficult to apply it to production and life.This paper establishes the water rights trading mode based on the cooperative game theory.The bidding strategies and the income functions of the water rights trading parties are analyzed,and the Nash bargaining solution of the model is obtained.Taking the city of Jining as an example,a cooperative game model of water rights trading between agriculture and industry is established,and the Nash bargaining solution and Nash equilibrium point of the model are obtained.The results show that the water rights trading between industry and agriculture can bring about significant economic benefits,and the water rights transaction model has important guiding significance for decision-making.According to the equilibrium of the market under the transaction cost,this paper analyses the factors that affect the willingness of the transaction;the factor variable affects the path of the will of the water right transaction;the interaction between the variables of the will factor of the water right transaction and the way of the influence,and establishes the analysis framework of the influence of the water right trading intention.
