Automatic transmission is one of the key components of automotive power transmission system.The calibration and matching is an important way to evaluate the performance of autos such as automotive power and economy.At present,the automatic transmission indoor testing mainly focuses on bench testing and HIL testing,however,neither of them can accurately simulate real vehicle testing.Therefore,the research team proposed the study of the object-in-the-loop test system for automatic transmissions,and combined the high-performance test stand on the basis of the HIL system to simulate the real-world vehicle operating conditions,making it possible to match indoor road tests and calibrations instead of real vehicles.Scientific research value and engineering application value.This article mainly focuses on the “human-vehicle” part of the key link of the object-in-the-loop system.First,it analyzes the theory and application of the automatic transmission indoor testing technology and the object-in-the-loop system,and then further understands the physical in-kind of the automatic transmission.The structure of the test system and its purpose significance define the research direction of the driver simulation technology.Combining the research status of the research group and the AT test requirements independently researched and developed by a certain company,the research focuses on the characteristics of the driver,the driver's in-loop,and the scene reproduction technology.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Study the driver's longitudinal control theory and modeling method,analyze the influence of driver characteristics on the driver's longitudinal control model,and combine object-in-the-loop system development requirements,use software such as Matlab/Simulink to build the driver's speed control model,and embed Real vehicle data modeling and simulation analysis and verification.(2)Study the driver's comprehensive control theory and modeling method,analyze the impact of driver characteristics on steering control,and combine the object-in-loop system needs,use software such as Matlab/Simulink to build the driver's integrated control model,and embed real vehicles.The data is modeled,simulated,analyzed and verified,and laid the foundation for the later object-in-the-loop integration of the integrated driver model.(3)Study the driving cabin simulation test technology and VR technology,understand and study the working principle of each part and corresponding electrical device of the actual driving compartment,and build a driver-in-the-loop system suitable for the physical transmission of the automatic transmission.Based on this system,the driver simulation test analysis is performed to further verify the longitudinal and integrated driver model.(4)Research embeds the driver model in the object-in-the-loop test system to further validate the driver model,and at the same time,performs system-level testing and verification of the object-in-the-loop to lay a solid foundation for the in-depth study of the object-in-the-loop simulation test technology of automatic transmissions.
