The automatic transmission is one of the key parts of automobile power transmission system,the performance matching and control strategy of automatic transmission plays a crucial role in automobile power performance,economy and smoothness.At present,the matching calibration test of automatic transmission mainly adopts outdoor real vehicle standard,but the test cycle is long,the cost is high,the repeatability is poor and is affected by many uncertain factors.In the indoor automatic transmission test,the platform steady-state test is used to verify the durability and NVH performance of the transmission body,and the hardware in the loop test is used to develop and verify the TCU control strategy of the automatic variable transmission.However,the current indoor tests can not accurately simulate the dynamic running state of real cars.Based on this,the research group put forward the research of the object-in-the-loop test system for automatic transmissions.,and used the indoor automatic transmission test bench and the hardware in the loop simulation platform to simulate the "driver-vehicle-road " vehicle operating environment.This test system can not only carry out dynamic performance test of automatic transmission in the room,but also make it possible to develop and verify TCU control strategy and carry out performance matching and calibration of partial vehicle level in the room instead of real vehicle,which has important research value and engineering application value.Driver simulation is to build object-in-the-loop test system set up "driver-vehicle-road" one of the key links in the vehicle running environment,this article combined with the object-in-loop system principle and structure for the driver-in-the-loop system research,combining dynamic performance of automatic transmission test-bed test requirements embedded driver-in-the-loop system,including the driver behavior feature modeling,the driver-in-the-loop system set up and test verification analysis,for more realistic simulation object-in-loop system running environment to lay the foundation for vehicle.(1)Based on the analysis of the theoretical principle and test application of the object-in-loop system of the automatic transmission,combined with the research and development needs of the research group,the research direction and content of the driver-in-the-loop system based on the real automatic transmission object-in-loop were determined by taking the AT transmission of an enterprise as the research and development object.(2)Study the driver behavior characteristics and longitudinal and steering modeling control methods.Based on MATLAB/Simulink platform,build the longitudinal and steering driver models and driver classification model considering different driving characteristics of drivers.Embedding vehicle data and give steady-state test conditions and dynamic test conditions as well as double-moving line conditions,conduct the longitudinal and steering "driver-vehicle" closed-loop offline simulation.Analyze the accuracy and rationality of the driver model and the driving behavior characteristics of different types of drivers.(3)Study the completes the series of each module driver-in-the-loop system;Carry out the hardware selection of each module of the system,the configuration of software board card and communication interface,the modeling of signal interface and the calibration of signal matching;Establish PreScan virtual scene model according to test requirements.The real driver can input the signal of accelerator pedal,brake pedal and steering wheel Angle through the driving simulator,Through the hardware-in-the-loop simulation is conducted to verify the real-time,effectiveness and rationality of the driver-in-the-loop system.At the same time,comparing the simulation results of the driver-in-the-loop and the driver model and analyzing to verify the accuracy and rationality of the driver model and the behavior characteristics of drivers with different experience types.(4)Study the driver-in-the-loop system embedding the object-in-loop for automatic transmission test system,conducting driver model and real driver for two kinds of physical input mode of the automatic transmission object-in-loop test,for indoor use of automatic transmission object-in-loop test-bed simulation technology of the virtual vehicle running environment further in-depth study laid a foundation.
