China's economy is transforming from Made in China to Innovated in China,product design plays an very important role in this economic transition process,designing products with high quality user experience is an important way of China's economic transformation success and to meet people's demand for a better life.Now days,with the high-speed development of science and technology,highly improved productivity,on one hand,people's material life has been greatly enriched,when people meet their needs of the material,they will go after more about spiritual satisfaction,when buying a product,people will no longer only consider the function of the product but more concerned about the experience quality of the product.Due to the development of Mobile Internet,Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence technology,hardware products will more and more integrated with software services inside,the product integrated with hardware and software puts forward higher requirements for user experience quality,so the quality of the product experience will largely determine the success of a product in the future.With the acceleration of the global economic integration process and increasingly fierce market competition,Chinese product design that do not have much advantages and characteristics are facing even more severe challenges.How to improve product experience quality is a important problem that needs to be solved in China's product design field.This article through literature research,system analysis and synthesis,cross-disciplinary research,case studies and other research methods,systematically combing the theory of product experience,summarized product experience into four levels:aesthetic experience,behavioral experience,meaning experience and emotional experience.The emotional experience is the core of the product experience,and then the emotional experience is deeply analyzed on the basis of the existing emotional design theory.The nine-dimensional product emotional matrix theory is proposed innovatively,and various types of product emotions are summarized,analyzed and explained by examples,then an emotionally driven product design method was derived,and the method used in the product design flow was illustrated.Since Artificial Intelligence has become another major technological development trend after the Internet,Big data,Cloud computing and the Internet of Things,humans have entered the era of intelligence,smart products become the trend of future product development.This article has conducted special research on the design of smart products.Smart products pay more attention to the quality experienced by users.The emotional design method based on experience quality has certain guiding significance for the design of smart products.Finally,the product design practice of smart earbud is used as a case to further illustrate the emotionally driven design method in the design process.This subject theoretically developed and enriched the theory of emotional design and product experience,practically can be a guide to smart product design which improving the user experience by the emotional driven product design method.It is hoped that Chinese product design can develop rapidly by focusing on the quality of product experience.
