Fleet is the main carrier of air transportation,and fleet reliability management is one of the important ways to achieve aviation safety.As the "heart" of the aircraft,the reliability level of the engine is one of the important indicators to measure the reliability of the aircraft fleet equipment.Based on the relevant requirements of regulations and advisory notices,this paper expounds the importance of reliability management in the continuous airworthiness validation and maintenance operation of airlines.Starting from the work flow of reliability management,this paper introduces the specific methods and processes of reliability management of airlines from the four steps of data collection range and timeliness,data analysis and performance evaluation,engineering investigation,formulation and implementation of corrective measures.It provides the theoretical basis and management process for the following engine reliability management.Based on the analysis of the air parking event of the CFM56-7B engine,the main reasons for the air parking of this type of engine and the engine air parking caused by the poor reliability of engine accessories are investigated,which has a guiding and reference role for the daily engine reliability management work of the airline.Through the statistical analysis of the actual air parking events,it is helpful to study the precursors and causes of the air parking incidents in operation.Through engineering investigation and corrective measures,it is helpful to improve the reliability and safety of the engine.Finally,based on MINITAB software,reliability analysis is carried out on the data of typical engine accessories,and the reliability level of the accessories is studied.Based on the reliability data,it is judged that the annex satisfies the type of distribution.Based on this,the reliability status of the annex is judged,corrective measures are taken,and specific measures for In Flight Shut-Down control are put forward.
