The system of FADS(Flush Air Data Sensing System)is a sensing system for obtaining atmospheric data parameters.With the development of modern spacecraft to high maneuverability and high speed,the flight control system has stricter control over the Air posture of an aircraft,which brings a great challenge to obtain more accurate and real-time atmosphere data parameters.In order to obtain real-time and reliable atmospheric data parameters of a FADS system,the design and realization of a data solution card is presented.First of all,designs and analyzes the data solution card from two aspects of software and hardware.In order to solve the real-time data,high precision and high performance of floating-point DSP is chosen as the core processor.DSP minimum work system is designed on the hardware,to ensure the normal operation of DSP system.Secondly,the function module of the data solution card is analyzed and designed,and the realization of the basic function of the data solution card is discussed in detail,mainly: Design the interface circuit and driver of Sdram and Flash,to realize function of external expansion of memory and boot loader on DSP;Design the circuit of A/D conversion,and develop the program of voltage acquisition,realize the function of voltage real-time monitoring;The algorithm program is developed to solve the atmospheric data(angle of attack,angle of side slip,kinetic pressure and static pressure);The serial port of DSP is extended,the program and logic of data communication is designed,to ensure Data Solvtion Card is reliable and stable for communication.Finally,the test platform is set up,through the test to each function module of data solution card,complete the function verification of the data solution card by effectively and conveniently.The final test results show that the data solution card can complete the design index requirements,can correctly solve the angle of attack,sideslip angle,dynamic pressure and static pressure,and can monitor the voltage and data communication through RS422 reliably.
