Mechanical monitoring plays an important role in aerospace,medical care,and smart homes.The multi point mechanical monitoring and real-time storage of the equipment and the data processing and analysis in the later period can reflect the good operation status of the equipment.The timely discovery of processing failures can avoid irreversible damage to the system.When the equipment is subject to structural fatigue damage,transient overshoot damage,performance degradation or functional failure,the type and location of the fault can be determined through mechanical monitoring.At present,rocket borne multi-point mechanical monitoring is mainly implemented by long line mode.Different types of sensors are equipped with different types of converters,and the number of connecting cables is large and electromagnetic interference is large.In recent years,wireless communication technology has developed rapidly.It is an inevitable trend to apply wireless technology to the field of Aeronautics and Astronautics.STM32 microprocessor is used in the core of the design control,and the core of wireless transceiver adopts high integration CC3100 wireless transmitter chip which is 2.4GHz based on Wi-Fi wireless technology..The system integrated MEMS accelerometer sensor realizes the high precision acquisition of the mechanical signal(mainly including vibration and shock signal)in the rocket engine compartment.The data is received through the convergence node,and the aggregation node uploads the data by the Ethernet transmission protocol to the data processing center on the board.This system adopts a data fusion algorithm that is suitable for the environment of the on board environment.Data fusion processing is performed on the monitoring data,which reduces the redundancy of the data and improves the effectiveness of the whole monitoring network system.The system software rationally schedules and manages tasks by embedding the ?C/OS-II real-time operating system.This design is based on Visual C++6.0 development tool to design a host computer software with data waveform display and command control,which has completed the test of the system.By testing,the overall performance and feasibility of the system are verified.The results show that the functions of the wireless mechanical monitoring system meet the design requirements,the work is stable and reliable,the vibration signal and the shock signal can be obtained in the effective range and frequency range.The error is within the allowable range,the number and cost of the system cable are reduced.This design has a certain reliability and feasibility.
