The shock wave overpressure test is a method which can directly provide the data for the assessment of warhead power,the shock wave test system is the key of power evaluation in that method,and so an accurate and reliable test system is particularly important.The parameters of shock wave usually include acting time of positive pressure、peak value of overpressure、specific impulse and the arrival time of shock wave.There are few researches of the arrival time of shock wave in these parameters.To test the arrival time,it is necessary to accurately test the battle time.And when a large equivalent warhead was tested,taking into account the safety of persons,testing person need to go to the safer area.Therefore a wireless distributed shockwave overpressure test system based on broken line is designed.In this paper,through the analysis of commonly used trigger methods and combined with process of the experiment,the broken line trigger method and wireless communication method were selected.Then in order to test the reliability of these two technologies,the verification experiment of unified trigger time and the packet loss rate experiment of wireless communication were performed and the results prove that these methods are feasible.In order to prevent communication interference,therefore a multi-byte communication protocol was designed in this article to exclude other communication by program detection.In this paper,the test system was calibrated by the shock tube,and the test system was feasible through the analysis of the experiment data.Finally an actual test experiment for2 kg TNT pillar was performed,and processed the collected data by removing trend item and filtering,at the same time,analyzed the selection of digital filter.The actually specific impulse、average velocity of shock wave and the theoretically peak value、arrival time ofshock wave were calculated by the collected parameters and compared the measured results with theoretically results.It proves that the test system is feasible.
