Bag filter has the characteristics of high dust removal efficiency and stable operation,and has been widely used in the production enterprises of producing flue gas.Bag is the core part of bag filter,if it is damaged,which could directly affect the efficiency of dust removal and even cause the failure of the equipment.At present,the method of detecting the breakage of the bag filter's bag is single,and it mainly depends on the detection of the export concentration,which has low sensitivity,high false detection rate and great limitations.In this paper,a bag breakage monitoring method based on multi-sensor data fusion was proposed.The main work of the thesis are listed as follows:1.The working mechanism of bag filter,the reason for the breakage of the filter bag and the existing methods for detecting the breakage of the filter bag was analyzed,and characteristics used for bag breakage monitoring was proposed.The feasibility and necessity of using multi-sensor data fusion method in filter bag breakage monitoring was clarified.2.The multi-sensor data fusion technology was adopted to the filter bag breakage monitoring of the bag filter.The advantages and disadvantages and the applicable situations of the various structures and fusion algorithms of multi-sensor data fusion were researched,combined with the lack of prior knowledge and other features,a bag breakage monitoring system based on decision level fusion structure was constructed,and D-S evidence theory was used to make information fusion.At last,the damage condition of the filter bag was judged with the fusion information.The information fusion method of bag breakage monitoring based on D-S evidence theory was the focus of research,and a basic probability assignment model based on membership function in fuzzy mathematics was constructed.By comparing the performance differences of different conflict evidence processing methods,an improved conflict evidence processing strategy was proposed,which make the algorithm was more suitable for bag breakage monitoring with different characteristics.3.The on-line experiment system of bag breakage monitoring of bag filter was developed;the experimental method for monitoring bag breakage damage was established,the information fusion algorithm program was compiled,and the experiment was designed to verify the online monitoring performance of the algorithm.Finally,the software for bag breakage monitoring was developed.The filter bag breakage monitoring system based on multi-sensor data fusion proposed in this paper can accurately detect the damaged condition of the filter bag,and improve the detection efficiency and reliability compared with the single sensor detection method.It lays the foundation for the intelligent and instrumented development of bag filter equipment.
